We are seeking volunteers who are interested in joining our alumni board
of directors who will be taking over the work of maintaining our alumni
programs.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE "LOCAL" TO BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE.
Board Members and Other Positions:
- President -- [Oversee everything regarding alumni organization]
- Vice President -- [Work with President to oversee everything regarding alumni organization]
- Treasurer and Fundraising Chairperson
- Create ideas for fundraising
- Bookkeeping and Responsibility of Funds Obtained
- Help Find Alumni Auxilary Members
- Work with School District [to obtain from Alumni -- Donations for Current Student needs]
- Work with auxilary members in carrying out fundraising projects
- Secretary -- [Take notes at meetings and other such seceterial duties from board]
- Committee Members and Chairpersons
- Fundraising Auxilary Member/Chairperson -- [We need money for mailings and advertising]
- Cookbook Recipe Supervisor -- [Collect and submit recipes from alumni]
- Alumni Locator Chairperson
- Locate on Internet any listings for alumni
- Phone alumni for update information or location data
- Newspaper Clippings from local newspapers

- Input/Update submitted data into database
- Database Coordinator -- [work with programmer for outputs and reports]
- Reunion Liaison -- [A channel for communication between groups]
- Foundation Liaison -- [We hope to develop a relationship with the new educational foundation but there is no promise of success at this time.}
- Yearbook Senior Picture Chairperson -- [scan from yearbooks]
- Alumni Auxiliary Member -- [help with ideas and fundraising projects]
- Cpphsaa Webmaster -- [Code Webmages for Website and Maintain it]
- Website Design Coordinator [Help Design and Maintain Site]
- News Reporter
- Interviews Alumni and posts them on the Newsletter
- Writes and posts information designated by Board ans news
- Submits advertising as needed by community
- Notices of "Relay for Life" for area
- Local fundraising projects, books, games, etc
- Ehs/Whs Events of interest like selling of fruit, wreaths, etc. by students
